Paul M. Müller has just passed the “Audit IFS Broker” for the first time in the new version 3 again with Higher Level. We are very happy about the current certificate. What has changed in the new version 3 (valid since January 2020)? The number of individual IFS Broker requirements has been increased. This time, version 3 had 101 requirements (compared to 84 in version 2) to evaluate. This is because new, important topics, such as food fraud, have been added and other requirements have been greatly expanded. The aim is always to implement measures in the processes in order to deposit the food safety and quality requirements with suppliers.
